![]() I refused and indicated that Timeless Luxury Watches and Seiko need to stand by their products and honor their five year warranty that's listed on the receipt. I've asked Dan ********** Vijo, Seiko USA, and Seiko Japan is it more important to be right or maintain a positive reputation? Dan offered me a store discount of $695.68 instead of the Seiko repair estimate of $845.68. ![]() I've never had a problem with any of them or a customer experience like this. I own a half dozen Swiss Watches from Luminox through Patek ********* I've had these watches on Expeditions, Scuba diving vacations, and many other rigorous activities. The watch has only been worn at my office job and hasn't been abused in any way. I didn't spend $2500 on a Grand Seiko to need an $845.68 repair six months later. I gave Timeless the option to repair the watch at their or Seiko's expense since I have a five year warranty, replace the watch with another identical watch, or provide me a full refund. I immediately send the watch back to Timeless Luxury Pieces and they contacted Seiko USA and both companies refuse to repair the watch at their expense. Three months later Seiko USA returns the watch to me in November 2020. I appealed their decision unsuccessfully with Seiko Japan afterwards. Then they replied there was rust on the crown and the $800 repair wouldn't be covered under warranty. ![]() I replied that they're the only ones who've ever handled the watch. They refused indicating that a tool had damaged the crown. I sent the watch to Seiko USA in August 2020 to have it repaired under warranty. Six months later the crown stopped working and I was unable to adjust the time or date. Dan ********* sold me a new Grand Seiko Quartz watch model number ******* for $2500 in January 2020 with a five year warranty.
